Nel frattempo mi invento ricette.....
Questa pasta l'ho condita con un sughero fatto di ceci macinati con lo scalogne e poi scaldati in padella. Ho aggiunto l'acqua di cottura della parta per renderli cremosi e un po' di concentrato di pomodoro, per finire delle olive rosse....

Lately I'm hungry all the time, ravenously hungry!!! Not happy about it since I just had lost 40 lb!!! Now 5/7 are back on my hips!!! The doctor says it is due to the steroids and once I stop the treatment everything will get back to normal and I will be able to diet again....tomorrow I am starting to taper off, let's cross our fingers....
So in the meantime I make up recipes!
This sauce is made with garbanzo beans smashed with shallots and heated up in a skillet with a little oil and the water for the pasta to make it creamier. I also added tomato paste and some sliced red olives. Drizzled with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese. Really good if I may say so myself
